I completed my Self-Trust and Integrated Resilience (STAIR) certification in 2024 with Juliane Taylor Shore and I am a training guide. Somatic Therapy
I am a Somatic Experiencing® practitioner (2019) and an approved Advanced Level session provider. I have also trained with Stephen Terrell and completed the TEB training and have trained with Kathy Kain. Narrative Therapy | Michael White
I trained for five years with John Stillman in the Narrative approach, also with the founders of Narrative Therapy, Michael White and David Epston. Along with John’s mentorship, Michael’s questions in particular had a profound impact on me and how I relate to others. More about Narrative Therapy—>
Couples Therapy | IFIO & RLT
I became a certified Relational Life Therapy (RLT) Therapist in 2014 and I’m an RLT Facilitator. I’m also an IFS therapist and Intimacy from the Inside Out (IFIO) training staff. I bring a dynamic approach to couples work and I offer couples sessions as well as 2 day workshops!
Internal Family Systems
I am a Level 3 IFS therapist, and I’ve had a the honor of training directly with Dick Schwartz, the founder of the method. IFS helps people heal by accessing and healing their protective and wounded inner parts and supporting internal connections and self-trust.

I studied directly with Pia Mellody at The Meadows in treating developmental trauma. Her style of helping people grow into wiser, more functional adults shaped my work deeply. She taught me skills that changed not just my therapy practice but how I function in my life.
