Somatic Therapy
I am a Somatic Experiencing® practitioner (2019) and an approved Advanced Level session provider. I have also trained with Stephen Terrell and completed the TEB training and have trained with Kathy Kain. I became a certified Relational Life Therapy (RLT) Therapist in 2014 and I’m an RLT Facilitator. I’m an IFS therapist and trained in “Intimacy from the Inside Out” (IFIO in 2023. I bring a dynamic approach to couples work and I offer couples sessions as well as 2 day workshops!
Narrative Therapy | Michael White
